It is very detailed. I wanted to see a demo before I bought it and the creator responded very quickly, and was able to show me a demo. She was friendly, and had great response time. She even said to shout if I have any problems. 5 star customer service! The entire build is 1416 prims. It is modifiable so you can make it less prims. However it's linked together so you have to unlink parts before deleting them. It fits nicely on a quarter sim, with spare room left over. I love it!
