VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEVICE THAT REALLY DO NT WORK
I'm a business owner and thought it be nice to go automation and gave me and my wife some relief. But turned into a nightmare. interface that did not work right and very rude and very bad customer service. waited for over 10 hrs to get this fixed where there was over 7 reps and no response other one rude tech to basically told me to go to hell. I will never use this system and recommended others not to either.just wasting your time and lindens on very rude customer service that rude to business owners in sl.
