Michael's Modern Cabin I(38LI, 21x18)

Thank you for purchasing my product.

I wanted to do my version of the modern cabin with cement concrete and wood and I wanted it to be suitable in the woods, on the mountain top or on the beach. I also wanted it to be simple. This is my third version of this series and I wanted it to fit my small beach parcel where I could also fit a motorboat and so it became a boathouse too. It can also be a porch for a car if this house is for a land bound parcel.

This modern cabin has a good size bedroom and bath and a spacious area for the open concept living, dining and kitchen with a viewing balcony on the top floor.

I have also included the fireplace and log which is optional and not part of the house rezzer.
