Not full perm as advertized
It is not full perm. You cannot change the texture. After having trouble with this, I went back and looked at what I had purchased and noticed the other reviews. They too had trouble and contacted the creator. So I sent both an IM and a note card to the creator on July 8th when I purchased the costume. It is now the 19th and I've not heard back from the creator.

I got it and the permissions are a werid because of SL but i was able to mess with it in my inventory to where i pulled it out it was full permission! Would by from here again! Thank you!
A little problem but solved now
Unfortunately the perms on the top were set to transfer only so you cannot change texture or anything on this... BUT the seller did get back to me and corrected the issue. Thank you for your customer service and making it right! Your items are wonderful and I enjoy using them in my creations. It could be an SL glitch or something else but it is fixed now and that is all that matters. Thank you
