The Best Customer Service, Ever!
I have purchased thousands of items from the MP, and inherently, would run into questions or issues with some, however, I have never purchased and item and needed customer service and received it so warmly, and promptly as with Qutsal Alex and this high quality sculpture! I understood when I purchased the product that it had only 1 face to tint but I still bought it because of the design, the detail and the quality textures I can see, simply from looking at lo-rez photo, were there. I've also purchased many other items from Alex in the past, for use in creating elegant and luxurious trophies for my SL racing league. In this situation, I really needed the base of the eagle tinted another color and on a whim, decided to reach out to Alex. Instead of telling me that the product is only available as is, he quickly offered to create a material and tint that I needed, which thereby made ALL of the work I put into creating this particular trophy, worth it (as the eagle is the centerpiece). He DID NOT as for payment and has not expressed any frustration or disappointment that I needed something minor changed. He responded promptly, same day, and has been polite and professional. I know personally, I will be buying ANY and EVERYTHING I can possibly use from him in the future and highly reccomend that others do the same.

These look great when illuminated properly, and they hold up quite well when viewed from a distance. Would buy again without hesitation.
