From first glance it looks like a single storied small home, but from the moment you walk in you can see there's more that meets the eye.
The entry has a garden atrium with plants included then leads directly onto the upper hallway to overlook the view and the lower level of the house. Upstairs is a large bedroom with gorgeous window views and an attached walk in wardrobe space. You can also find a full bathroom (with either a rock wall or slat walls to use) and a good sized office space that could also work as another small bedroom.
As you follow the modern staircase to the lower floor you'll find floor to ceiling windows to take in your view and large sliding doors opening onto the huge back deck area. This is the main living space of the home, with the dining room, living room and kitchen all connected to each other. There is also a Bathroom and 2 more bedrooms, including the Master bedroom that opens onto the deck and has a big Walk in wardrobe.

Stunning Coastal House
Really lovely Coastal home to make the best of the views and personally love the upside-down nature of this property - Front door upstairs -living accommodation downstairs.
It's good but I wish it was bigger
My only real issue is some rooms are just too small. I wish it was just a little bigger. It's not difficult to decorate and I'm advanced as a decorator, it's pretty much all I do at this point in SL, but some rooms just felt cramped. Still, the upper bedroom and living/dining area are pretty nice, as is that luxurious ceiling. I think the most pointless rooms in all homes are the bathroom and the small pantry. Just make a big closet. these days decorating the closet is more of an art form than bathrooms and small closets or any cramped areas that could be combined with another big room. More open concept is needed too. One last thing to mention that is great about this place are the windows to the back and the height of them. and I wish more homes did this. I also like the floors a lot, it's more typical of what you see in a modern home than wood floors but It would be nice if there was a texture hud though so people can choose.

My previous Roost favorite house was Palm View, and I think this is the new favorite. The enormous windows gives me full view of the water. And it has no attached garage, thank the gods. It is one of my issues, how to place the houses with a garage. In most cases it is no road around the house, so the garage is kind of pointless? And where it is a road, like Mainland, thanks to LL it is more likely than not a metal safety railing that blocks the access to the road. A free standing garage is much more easy to work around problems with roads.
But over to more I like: The second thing I love about this house is that it does not have huge windows in every direction. I turned the entrance side to my neighbor's privacy wall, and that side has only a few small windows. It is so much better to have large windows in one direction, because in SL we only have beautiful view to all sides if we pay for a whole estate. Those who
can afford, let us say 64 x 64 m, have to deal with privacy walls and ugly stuff the neighbor put up.
The rooms inside is spacious enough for me, and the large windows are beautiful.
Roost also makes it easy to tint individual surfaces, so I can select a surface and tint it in just the color I want. But it is one thing I wish was different: The floors. I know it is some who will love the floors, but how I wish it was another option to pick, like hardwood. But I bought the house anyway, and tried to replace the floor with wood. It is not perfect since I do not have the shadowing of the floor when I apply another texture. That is what it is, I will rather have my less than perfect wood floor than the cold white stone.

I needed a change of layout for my home parcel and after checking out this place at the inworld store I instantly fell in love. The inverse layout can be a little confusing at first but it's an absolute joy to decorate. Even with enough room for a personal gym! :D
This house is nice, however the original ad shows it was supposed to be a 4 bedroom addon
Per the original ad seen below, there was supposed to be a 4 bedroom addon. After speaking to Roost, who had a quick reply for which I was thankful, the ad was changed and they doubled down on their incorrect ad with no apology.
