The S2 Milford Fire Station was made to be the most realistic and detailed fire station in Second Life.

The Milford is made after the real Milford CT. Fire Station 1 and was carefully designed and built to keep as many real features as plausible without sacrificing SL usability and prims. It was built in collaboration with HD for scripted objects, and was made plausible thanks to the real Milford Fire Station that helped on the creation process.

This build is 100% Mesh, and for all the details and gadgets included, the 350 prims might seem to be extremely low compared to any other station of this size.

It includes HD Overhead Garage doors, SL most realistic garage doors available, S2 Pro Lights witch is leading RP lighting system, Gentek elevator and doors and S2 Bell witch is a nice old school detail introduced on this build to alert the station members when you need to.

Everything is access controlled including doors, windows, lights and garages. Lights and Garage doors are API enabled and can find various 3rd party add-ons to use with them. Exterior lights has a timer already set which will turn them on at night and off in the morning, including a traditional red light to tell the building is a fire station.

The station is as optimized as plausible, script and mesh wise. No listeners or API's are active as default, mesh items are low prim and textures are decent sized and reused around the station to decrease download weight.

This station includes a wide list of items such as
S2 Garage exhaust hoses, S2 Garage Openers, HD Pole (with animation and sound), built in practice tower, S2 Electric cable reels, S2 Bells, S2 Pro Lights, S2 Pro Light Timer, HD Garage Doors, Gentek elevator and doors, flag poles and a nice cute bench. It also includes prim driveways you can adjust to fit your land.
