You can choose from 5 versions combining the security function and barking on intruders.

*** Security is menu driven, you can set the white list, black list, admins, see visitor list, or eject intruders.
---> Security works only if you own the parcel or if you rez the dog while wearing the landowner's group tag

*** Barking function works even if you don't own the land (or wear the tag). The dog simply notifies you that someone is in the range the dog is set to guard. You can set the distance/range the dog is guarding and how often the dog barks (the default values are range: 10m and rate: 30 seconds)

The barking function is handy when you for example need to go partially afk, or work in another program and you want to know when somebody entered your SL home or shop so you can greet them immediately...the dog just wakes you up by barking (if your SL sound is ON of course)! The dog also sends the owner an IM who is the visitor he is barking on - this is handy if you are currently at some other sim and can't hear him barking.

IMPORTANT: How to set the range and barking rate?

* Right click the dog and go to EDIT mode
* Go to CONTENTS
* Double-click the script called: DogSensor
* In the settings 'range' and 'rate' change the number of meters/seconds
* Click SAVE button at the bottom of the script window

N.5 - No security, only barking function and visitor list maker

The visitor list maker in the 5th version listens to the local chat commands:

say 'help' to get list of commands
say 'say list' to get list of recorded visitors
say 'reset list' to clear all records
