The ~ *SR*~ Cemetery of Torment is an old graveyard on the adjacent graves, creepy trees with seasonal menu at the top and bottom long roots, an old ruined church and a small mausoleum.
At first glance left and inconspicuous, can be seen on closer examination, the entrance to the catacombs, if you push the gravestone of the mausoleum.
An old ladder leads into the depths of the catacombs, which is provided with seemingly countless rooms and hallways.
Far in the back of the catacombs is the hidden tomb. Firstonce find a way through the corridors and secret doors, a space extends with 4 seats and a coffin again separated fortuitous coffin area. This is accessed via a wrought iron gate (please were the activ lands group for open) and gives the whole a very ancient and noble character.
The wall torches can set to light on ore of by touch. So you reach for a gentle flame lighting or total darkness on the other in the hallways.
The trees, the ferns and the grass can be adjusted by clicking on the season. Owner said it is possible to easily choose the right landscaping.

Very nice, wish all pieces had demo though.
This is a great addition to Gothic themed sims or any thing needing a cemetery or simaler for their sim. i found little to fault in the construction of this item,
Side Note though sadly to my own regret i wish the other SR builds had demos, i ended up spending more then i needed too buying every build this builder made only to find they are all very close to the same, as such not usable for my concept as they all fit roughly the same theme (Gothic Cemetery) and as such i waisted nearly 6K Lindens on variations of the same thing. If your going to buy from this builder i recommend getting Forgotten Secrets of Sanity, it is the best bang for your L.

beautiful but maybe not the best for perfectly flat land or people with almost no terraforming experience to use
This graveyard id beautiful, and the terraform button did all the work for me sinking the catacombs, but it also dug holes in places that i wasn't even sure were part of the catacombs from looking at it on the ground. the parcel i bought was pretty much perfectly flat, and i really wish that both products like your and the terraforming menu itself in the viewer came with an undo terraforming button so that when any terraforming was done, whether it was for buriying things or anything else, if a person wanted their land rest back to its original state they could do it in 1 click. several hours of terraforming later, my land is now almost perfectly flat again, but lowered a bit during the flattening and not exactly as i bought it, which is okay because for the other gaveyard i decided to use that requires no terraforming because of the graveyard being high enough above ground that the "underground secret dungeon" is actually above ground, my land shape is still perfect. there was nothing wrong with your actual product at all, but landowners who just bought a perfectly flat parcel might be annoyed by what appears to be a few extra holes dug in their land. your product is great, maybe better for me to use on a sky island instead to not have to terraform the ground. if sl had an undo all terraforming button or ways to undo only specific parts of terraforming in only one or two clicks instead of doing it manually, i would have left you a five star review, but i'm pretty new to terraforming so it took me awhile to re-flatten my land. i would've been less frustrated by that if i was actually good at terraforming lol. i might try this cemetery in a sky island and see how that goes because i do really like your graveyard
A wonderful roleplay environment.
There is plenty to love in this build. Lots of space and spooky ambiance, good textures, and the price is not bad. The fact that it is moddable makes this customizable to fit your own space... for example I removed the trees and the statue and added trees to match my sim and toned down the spookiness to make it better suited for a role-play idea I had. I removed 1 star because the demo in store was a bit frustrating, you had to fly up to the entrance to reach it and you also had to join the store group to open the doors in the demo. Otherwise customer service was excellent and prims are very reasonable. :)
