Let's face it - most flags and banners in SL don't have realistic movement, even when set to flexi and to react to SL wind. I was looking for a script for flexi prims on another project and thought - this would be perfect for flexi flags! The script randomizes the amounts of force on the x and y axis, creating free flowing, realistic movement.
Usage - if you have a flag on a pole, make the pole the root prim and place the flutter script into the flag prim - NOT the pole! Open the script and, if you like, change the 'r' number at the top, but not by much - save the script and see the effects. The two scripts are essentially the same, but use different parameters for the amounts of force which affects the flexi prim's movement.
I made this an 'almost freebie' because they are just small scripts and frankly, SL needs them. So, if you have a store, club, sailing area, any place that has flags or banners, or just want to fly your country's flag in front of your home, use this script in your flags. This thing does what it says! You get two scripts: one for a vertical banner, and one for a horizontal flag. I'm so excited that now my flags not only turn with the wind, but flap in it as well! Thank you for a great pair of scripts!

This script is perfect if you're looking for a realistic looking flag effect. I had a very minor issue and the creator happened to be online, so I asked and he fixed me up in a second. Great script and great customer service.
