⚙ Always check the listing name as well as the gacha key image to be certain you're purchasing the color or variety that you're after. If you are uncertain, contact Samira (marlowe.verne). NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PURCHASE MISTAKES.

⚙ 'The Beylix Scrapyards' utilizes the new VMM marketplace delivery system. Failed deliveries -- like those endemic with the Magic Boxes -- no longer occur. All items will arrive in your 'Received Items' folder. We've had instances in the past where customers have attempted to defraud by claiming an item was unreceived. Please, don't be one of these people. Action WILL be taken to alert other gacha resellers in-world + in the Marketplace of customers prone to fraud, lies, and general chicanery.

⚙ On a similar note, though, the VMM raises the potential for item mix-ups. We're not perfect by any means, and occasionally will place the wrong item in the wrong folder. If you did not receive the item LISTED IN THE ITEM TITLE, send what you did receive back to Samira (marlowe.verne) and she will either refund your purchase or provide you with the correct item.

⚙ This item is a (single) collectable gacha prize. We are resellers, not creators. If you have any questions/comments/feedback regarding the item itself, please get in touch with the creator. If you need assistance in identifying the creator, you are welcome to contact us and we will help as much as we can. Feedback on our service is always appreciated, though, and if you have any issues, don't hesitate to send a notecard.

⚙ Gacha prize permissions tend to be transfer/no-copy; nearly all gachas we sell originate from limited time events, and are presumed to be exclusive to that event. They are available in VERY limited quantities only.

⚙ Marketplace failures do occur; this is a technical issue within the marketplace, and the no-copy item is always lost. We are UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS or REDELIVERIES. If the item is common, we will try to accommodate a manual delivery of another copy as much as possible, but please understand that, due to limited quantities, this is not always an option.
