This item is unusable really. Its ok to fill a gap on your sim but not much more you can do with it, Sorry.
Just pass it by
Is only a phantom object, can not actually be used. And is mesh, but the LI count is insanely high for what it is. At least I only wasted 5 on this.

seller does not tell you the store is little and the prim rate is off the chart when you resize it and i walked right threw the stairs not a good product it looks nice but i give one star

It is 2m tall when you rez it. Of course it's 3li. Expand it to the size of a real shop and it's 80+li!
It also has no physics-shape.

The store is low land impact.. but that is because it is tiny.

Once you size it up to the size of a store you can go inside of, the land impact goes up to 50.
The design is pretty cute however.
