I resell "No Copy" gacha items. Most are transfer only.
I am not the creator of these Items and cannot modify them for you.
I cannot fix items because I did not create them.
I cannot refund any purchases, including gifts.
I cannot redeliver any items if SL does not deliver them properly, including gifted items! (See note below!)
I cannot replace any items that are lost or damaged.

This is the policy of all Gacha resellers on the Marketplace.

I use the V.M.M (Viewer-Managed Marketplace), meaning the Items go directly from my inventory into yours, with a lot less risk of losing your purchased items during delivery! **IMPORTANT**To avoid failed deliveries purchase your Gacha items one at a time, make sure you are online to receive it and avoid unpacking or receiving items in high lag places. Being marked as away or busy can block your delivery so be sure that you are not when making a purchase from the Marketplace!
