it comes fitted for a 1024 sqm parcel but you can resize as you want (large, height, long).
the walls are initially in security mode (the walls cannot be passed) but if you want fly freely through them, you can set them "Phantom" (Right click, edit, object. tick Phantom). just ad a ground prim before.
Easy to rez : place yourself in the center of the parcel and rez the object at your feet.

Near perfect
After five purchases of similar objects, with which I was not satisfied, I finally found this platform for placing the house in the sky area, that takes 1 land impact prim. Most similar platforms are designed for lower buildings, but the house I wanted to install has an additional floor and a pool on the roof, so either the trees are not visible or the platform looks in-door. With this platform, you get the feeling that the two-story house is in the forest, and not inside a box. I also like that the texture is placed on both the outside and the inside, so rotating the avatar standing in the corner of the forest doesn't look wild.
The only pity is that the fence of this color looks like tombstones, so I hope that a fence of another color will appear.
