The entire kitchen is 1 prim only. When you use the kitchen, it rezzes an invisible shell which you sit on. The shell is 2 prims but deletes itself when you are not sitting or press the STOP button. This is absolutely necessary because most of SL requires 1 prim per seated avatar. (this is caused because most creators are unaware that their objects are causing this bug, which is preventable. We personally developed phPose to overcome this bug and still keep our furniture 1 prim!)
Functional, low prim BUT textures need to be updated
It is a good kitchen to save Li, no doubt about that. The creator has put a lot of time into adding animations as well. My concern is the textures, as I consider them a relatively easy fix - and textures has nothing to do with the low prim (Li), so the creator could have put more wffort into these. The doors on the upper part of the kitchen are way too stretched. There's space for 3 rows of doors instead of one. On the island, the textures on the sides of the top have not been properly adjusted, so they appear too dense. I bought the kitchen without studying the demo first and I have to say I regret it. I rezzed the kitchen and simply didn't find it appealing no matter which texture I tried. Now, the quality of the textures are ok on their own, but they need to be fit better to the models, that would add more realism to the build.
Highly customizable low prim furniture
I got it long back when I had my first linden home where prims are scarce. It gives you a lot of options in terms of shape so you don't have to worry when you change the style of your houses or the size of the kitchen.
I was a noob then so got it without realizing what's the difference between PG and Adult, if I had known I would have got the adult one. I still consider it as one of my best investments and still use prim possible furniture widely.

I love this kitchen but wondering why after I have moved homes that it is no longer in my inventory and there is no option to have it re-delivered? I have a few items like this and I am not sure how to fix this from Prim Possible. Please help.

I had trouble with poseshells and after writing to the creator, she helped me quickly, found the reason and even asked for a sim restart, which solved my problem. Never seen such a careful customer service. Oh and the kitchen is lovely :D
