The oblong sculpt map gives an excellent level of LOD resistance. Through careful sculpting ugly pinch marks on the texture have been avoided, and careful shading and softening of reflections allows the photographic textures to blend into the light and shade of the 3D environment while maintaining an excellent level of photo-realism.
They have 3 different animated sitting poses, switch between them by menu.

Not bad.
The textures are really nice, looks very good and is 1 Prim only....
but 1 prim means too only one person can sit on it, even on the Sofa. and you cant change it, its no modify, so you could add a prim when needed. Looks good, but a bit expensive for what it can do, in my eyes. i would give 3 and a half star, so i give 4.
