As a builder I always need to cut down on Land impact for props and this fantastic product is perfect for my winter build.

To be textured satisfactorily it needs, at minium an extra surface around the window and a bit of fiddling to find a suitable texture. Even then it needs to be set to phantom to get inside, so other prims are required if you don't want to be falling through the floor, or walking through walls. Probably better to build your own from scratch with a three walled, one prim product if you're worried about prims. I think it deserves 2.5 for enouragement, but I hope the seller tries low prim rather than single prim next time to improve quality.
