full perm yes but no help to builders
I got this kit to make baskets for my siblings....wasn't worth the money as the sculpts are already built so I can't do that as I wanted to. I could see this as a freebie between that issue and the soso textures on them, but not to pay, even if only 19L. So full perm yes, but not what a builder is looking for.

nice bunnys..the textures must have been really hard to make,they are not so great but over all i liked the product..keep going!
