This was designed when mesh was still incredibly new to the main grid and when my own skills as a modeler was subpar, hence the high land impact.

I have since revised it in the shape of a new product, which you can see here: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/100-Mesh-Low-Impact-KSH-Medieval-Plate-Shield/4559426

As a result of this, textures designed for this shield will no longer work with the new shield.

What a huge waste of time

First, the texture is set VERY strangely, so you will have to eff around with it a LOT before getting a crest logo on there correctly, even a simple one. Second, it's 47 prims land impact. You should list it as that instead of wasting people's time. Correct your listing to include prims.

Good quality detail

I bought this and it's proven to be an excellent quality piece of project mesh. I have textured it in multiple variations for RP and I have gotten nothing but compliments on it. If I had one nitpicking criticism it's that it's enormously detailed and that can add to your Avatar's Render Weight (used to be called ARC). This makes it so that in a crowded environment, you can potentially add lag to yourself and others. However for the extremely low cost and full-perms, it's a great piece of project mesh, and I don't regret the purchase one-bit!

Perfect looking, bad LI

I found this great shield and it was perfect for my build. (It is a historic build and has a shield detail on the exterior.) I had expected a single prim/Single LI and instead got a whopping 47LI! Wow, that is a bit heavy for a build when even most of my furniture is less than that. Will be great for a worn item, but bad for a rezzed object.

Nice great looking shield but the weight is equivalent to 47prims. Not sure how weight counts when avatar is wearing object. Very nice looking though
