This is a great build for those with a need for a quality build and low prim count.
This small store comes in at a total of only 14 prims.
The build is copy/mod so you can make as many copies as needed.
As well as modify it to your liking.

This prefab will easily fit onto a 512 parcel with plenty of space left.
