Full permition.

You can use for create windows for yourself or sell them.

To create a window with this textures just create a box, resize as you want (for example 1,0.1,1.4 for x, y and z) and use the texture.

Create a more realistic window, changing the border textures selecting "select texture" in your texture menu.

These textures are a mixed bag. Some you won't have any use for, some appear half done, and some have stray pixeles in the middle of the transparency. However, there are a few great windows here, and even if you only got these few, it would be worth the price in my opinion. Overall, I'm not the least bit disappointed that I picked this up.
