The Coniston City 03 was originally made for school rp, with a big classroom, a smaller group room, an office for the teacher and, of course, separate toilets for the boys and girls.
The building has many other possible uses too though and the land impact is jsut 12, low enough you can use it simply as a sim dcor.

You do *not* have permission to distribute it in any way (This includes rezzing copies of the item on other people's land for other people's use!) or use it in any way outside Second Life.

You can change easily textures of walls, etc.. Good for school, Sheriff´s department, Offices, etc... Have 2 closets or little rooms, you can use for this or toilets. Real name of this item is Chin Rey's Coniston City 03 v.1.0 (CM)

Very good item
A nice ... more or less 'little' ... building with 3 (2 small, where a big desk fitting in ... and a large one) rooms and 1 floor (with 2 more, very small rooms) and low at prims.
It can be modded (the options there are a bit limited about the nature of Mesh) and ' dismantled '. The house comes only with doors and (closed) windows, with no furnitures, lights or prebaked stuff, so you can fit it perfect to your needs (graffiti, clutter, openable windows, ...).
I would buy it again ... but it's also copyable - how can you beat that?
