I looked at the other items similar in-world (sadly this particular one wasn't in the rezzer) and they looked well made. So I went ahead and got this. It fits perfectly on a 64 x 128, and you can edit the rocks etc if you find they overhang etc. Looks gorgeous, and plenty of room for a big home - especially if you move the waterfall and pool. (Mine is about 30m x 20m)
I'll be looking at a smaller one to actually have as a Sky Box area (Mine is currently as a ground level home on a water sim)
Saved so much time making rocks, land bits etc....
