Its partial mesh and sculpts and very low prim for such a landscaping.
all together, it counts 129 prims (+ 1 prim rez box)
There is space for your own builds and you can modify all parts, so you can also delete, unlink, or change the size of the decorations.
*notice at the floor and walls are MEGA prims and will be damaged when you resize it!!
