Although the motion capture is good, most animations in the bundle (except 2) are in slow motion, which doesn't really work well on a dance floor.
The bundle would have been a lot more useful if the animations had been adjusted for SL's timing.
Also these are based on the (free) animations from the carnegie mellon BVH set (cgspeed).
