New for 2010 is a loft perfect for the Bachelor or Bachelorette. It is themed "1776" and done very tastifully. It comes unfurnished and is a total of 158 prims which includes a wet bar for entertaining guests. Functioning doors and lighting system which can be changed with an easy to operate control pad. Can be set on land or used as a skybox.
If you are purchasing for a friend make sure you use the "Deliver as a Gift" to have them delivered as this Loft is no transfer.
