I designed this store after an actual 1890s cotton warehouse located in Northeast Georgia which was upgraded in the 1960s for use as a clothing store. The real-world building sits as part of a block of six nearly identical structures where the only real difference is, after restoration for historical accuracy, the fronts are all painted in bright primary colors.

The building is exactly 8 meters by 16 meters. That means if you place a few of them next to each other, they can be aligned to the land's 4x4 grid and will sit touching each other (which is historically accurate). It's sold Modify so you can change textures, and the parts are sectioned to make decorating quick and simple. This means it's using a few more prims than I'd like (51) but it's very easy to decorate.

Delivery is the building itself. It's a single, linked build. Simply rez and place and it's ready for use.

  • Designed for use as a store
  • Static, no scripts
  • Easy to redecorate
