It is the policy of these store, that the following definitions are applied within desert morning motors. One Desert Morning Motors shall be understood, as the merchant. Two you are understood to be the consumer of the products designed, and sold under the brand name “Desert Morning Motors”. Three that you as the consumer, are considered customers within the “Desert Morning Motors Brand Label”!
These things are to be understood, as the consumer/customers of “Desert Morning Motors”. As having bought products that have been assembled buy the content creator (s) of Desert Morning Motors, you have entered in to an agreement as the consumer/customer of desert morning motors. And have hereby agreed to the following conditions, that include but are not limited to the following things. And that this contract as the consumer/customer may be amended to include things previously missed at any time, by the content creator (s), as well as Owner (s) of Desert Morning Motors.
1.) You as the customer acknowledge that Desert Morning Motors, does not take or accept orders for custom bike builds.
2.) You as the consumer, acknowledge that Desert Morning Motors does not, nor will at anytime in the near or foreseeable future sale any form of a Kit Bike for resale or redistribution by you as your being your work.
3.) That you as the consumer/customer will follow the chain of command, by starting with the group officers for Desert Morning Motors and work your way up the chain of command. And that if you bypass the chain of command, that you will be redirected by the owner to the group officers first. And therefor will contact the owner, as the last resort to resolve any problems you have with products.
4.) You as the consumer/customer understand, that abuse of employees, staff, or the owner will result in termination of support services. And will be subject to removal from the group, either on a temporary or permanent bases depending on the nature of the offense. As Desert Morning Motors, not only cares about you and your satisfaction as our consumers/customers. But for the well being of our employees, and their happiness within the Desert Morning Motors Company.
5.) You as the consumer/customer, understand that Desert Morning Motors, does not and will not offer a refund at any time due to the fact that the vast majority of their work is sold as no transfer. And therefor cannot be returned to the owner of Desert Morning Motors.
6.) You as the consumer/customer understand, that at no time does Desert Morning Motor distribute parts under a General Public License. Also known as Open Source, or Public Domain products. Unless other wise stipulated in any kind of licensing agreement, stating that the product is Open Source or Public Domain items. This means, that you as the consumer/customer should assume, that if the product does not state other wise, that it has a licensing agreement that prevents you from redistributing any product made by Desert Morning Motors as your work.
7.) You as the consumer/customer should assume that at no time, are free items or full permissions items are public domain. And that all products be the free, or full permissions is automatically covered under a private user license that you can request if it is missing.
