1981 Pool House & Pool PBR

A PBR only pool house and pool with no animations. See picture in the gallery which shows what you get.

You get the building and pool as one item
The building and pool separated so you can place how you desire
The water is a separate item so you can use anywhere you like - eg in another pool.

Outdoor drain near the wall where you could place a shower.
Fireplace and chimney where you could add a fire.

no animations - just use a towel or any other item you like that has anims.

All four glass doors slide open.

Land impact varies. Full with pool will be 17.
Pool will be 2, Building will be 12. (No idea why full set is more!)
