This building needs a builders know-how to make it Li friendly, and more importantly Rent-able. You would think $99L would get you something Nicer than 2D "stairs" (i.e. textured/painted ramps). You can fix it, but idk why someone would want to add on to an already Massive Li. This item is just "the bones" of a building with nothing else, like furniture & decor, to explain it's huge Li. I would spend more time making it presentable and functional for either myself or tenants than it is worth. The bottom portion is 100% hollow also. Why??!! It is NOT 20x20m. It is 20m across and 30 meters deep (front of building to back) False advertising and poorly made product. Sorry to have to end on a negative note, but I will never buy from this seller again, and because of the extent of false advertising in this one, it will be reported.
