This simple house has 1 floor with a smaller and larger room.
The curtains are operated by mouse, simply click/drag to where you want the curtains to be opened/closed.
The doors open and close on touch, and close automatically after 10 seconds. They cannot be locked (privacy in SL doesn't exist anyway).
