Beautifully crafted 20x30 home, suitable for a skybox, beach house, or any other type of home, even a shop if one wanted to.
Large scripted windows throughout, privacy tinted, either inside or outside or both sides. Lower deck has a swinging gate coming up to a sliding door.
Door has a menu, for acces, ban, lock,unlock, etc.
Crafted scupted stairs leading to the up stair, with railings, with another sliding Door leading out a large upper deck.
Teleporter built into the stairs to quickly move up and down.
Stone column's carried throughout the house to complete the theme. Complete house is 81 prims, and is copy/mod to be able to add your own personal style and touch.
