Touch the clock to get the menu. You can add or subtract hours and half hours to get your time zone.
Since it's COPY/MOD, you can re-size, re-texture and rez as many as you wish. Please note: The clock is modifiable, so if you see NO MODIFY, that is because of the scripts, not the item.
RESTRICTIONS
Use EDIT LINKED if you reduce the size of the clock. The clock hands are as thin as allowed by SL and need to be reduced manually. If you enlarge the clock, this won't be a problem.
Use SELECT FACE if you want to re-color or re-texture anything
Also, if you unlink the clock or rename any of it's parts, it won't work. It will also add 2 prims to your Land Impact.
If you're having problems with seeing your sculpts correctly, check your Preferences (CTRL P), then Graphics tab, then Advanced (if you don't see it under Graphics), and check to see that your LOD (or Mesh) setting is 4. This does not create additional Lag, but you will see your sculpted items in a new way ;-)
