To see this texture at its best potential you'll need a recent viewer and you will need to enable the "advanced lighting model" under your preferences.
This option is enabled automatically for avatars with their graphics set to "High" or "Ultra". Avatars who do not enable this will see the standard textures only.

Ok but less shiney
After buying, try as i might following the instructions to the letter i cant get the shine shown in the sample pictures, i sent the creator a notecard asking a question about the materials in the pack and their interaction with other alpha blended textures but no reply , Ive tried the script provided free in this shop to fix materials but this had no effect, transparency issues persist with alpha blending turned on so the materials effect is causing issues. Turn off the alpha blending and add shiny and they look ok but loose the materials effect. just ok !
