Since the model doesn't come with textures you'll be free to customize it however you want using the edit menu.
You can get it looking pretty close to the picture, but it won't come looking like that out of the box.

The model is perfectly organized and separated, so all you need to do is, when editing, click on 'Select Face' and you'll be able to customize all colors, shininess, transparency of each part of the vehicle in your preferred way.
