Happy New Year balloons floats in place, once rezzed, right-click and choose "Touch" and it will float about, but stay in place, bobbing back and forth and up and down a little in a smooth movement.
This balloon is one sided so put it with the back towards a wall.

The 'Happy New Year 2024 sign' has sparkles that change colors.

Balloons = 2 LI
These land impacts are at normal size, but as with all mesh, can change with changing the size.
