Buildings are MODIFY and COPY so you can unlink unwanted prims, resize, repaint, remove/replace scripts etc. (Scripts are no modify)
Internal light system:
Owner only: Click the owner only switches for on/off.
Hold down switches and release after 1 second for light menu, adjust color the brightness and other settings.
Touch-tint Window Panels:
Owner only: Touch the glass to cycle through levels of transparency.

I've tested out several structures from this builder and I have to say they're excellent. This is a builder who not only makes their products look great but is also smart enough to keep an eye on land impact and price. This is very low land impact but looks great other builders should take note!
I needed a small vendors spot for my sandbox. This is perfect (if you need more space simply rezing the structure side-by-side works for expanding!) its small enough to not intrude into the rez area (again sandbox ground space is needed so people can build) but large enough to house formal vendors without feeling claustrophobic. Also its mod so if you need to change it some you can! Highly recommend looking into any of the structures from this marketplace buy with confidence you're getting a top-notch product.
