20x17m urban city park forecourt place - Berlin Georg-Kolbe-Hain -, park entrance, sandy place with moss and pine cones
20x17m urban city park forecourt place. A sandy place, dominated by pines around, with moss and pine cones on its path.
Seen in December 2015 in Berlin. This place is an entrance of in the city park "Georg-Kolbe-Hain" in Berlin-Westend, north side of the park, at the corner of the cobblestone streets "Sensburger Allee" / "Pillkaller Allee". In RL there is a staircase on the left and on the right side of a wooden gazebo with a thatched roof and with a sculpture from Georg Kolbe at a greenery-place in the front of the gazebo and in the middle of the two staircases (I sell the left staircase also).
Model is original sized.

Comes in 9 different versions, ranging from 28 to 1 impact, for using with LOD-values 1 to 8. Comes also with different numbers of 1024px texture tiles from 72 to 4:
- Full terrain, 18 impact, 35 pieces, 72 texture tiles, LOD-value 4-8 recommended.
- Full terrain, 22 impact, 42 pieces, 72 texture tiles, with an additional edge to set and attach your own textures around for a better blending with surrounding terrain and objects.
- Flat mesh base with 20 texture tiles in 6 pieces and with a put on leaves relief with a flat base, too (+5 tx, 10 pcs).
Comes in a 9, 13, 21 and 28 impact version (including leaves) for using from LOD-value 2 (28 impact) to value 8 (9 impact).
Around the base' corners you have to set your own textures or set these faces to invisible surface.
- Flat mesh base with 4 texture tiles (does not looking bad!) in 1 piece only. With the put on leaves relief with flat base (+5 tx, 10 pcs).
Comes in an 8, 16 and 19 impact version (including leaves) for a use from LOD value 2 (19 impact) to value 4 and higher (8 impact).
Around the base' corners you have to set your own textures or set these faces to invisible surface.
- Comes also as flat bases only (without leaves relief) with 4 texture tiles (or delete the leaves relief or parts of them yourself from the other versions).
Pure flat bases in 1 piece have 5 and 2 impact (for LOD-value 1-2 and 4).
Around the square base' corners, you have to set your own textures or set the corners to invisible surface.
- And there is an 1 impact version with a fixed dark soil texture around the corners, too, to result 1 impact only by staying stable at LOD-value 1-2 and with the lowest polygon structure which is possible.
You can say, this is a "fixed flat texture only" version, but does not look bad! You can put the separate leaves relief onto it, too (+6 or 14 impact, +5 texture tiles, 10 pieces).

All versions are set to "phantom" and have 1 invisible solid-prim as the walkprim in it. (This solid has to be set as root-prim and the rest to "none" under prim preferences).
The full terrain versions with their 72 texture tiles are primarily made for using as scenery in photo sessions, the flat-base-versions with their 9 or 4 texture tiles can be used without problems as a landing point on a party location.

This place fits well as an addition with my items "Gravel path Tannenbergallee" and/or "Art nouveau stone bench" (see pics + shop + inworld).
For the combination, the color of the whole place is set darker from 255,255,255 to 208,214,214 and the faces on the blending exit are shaded/colored a bit more different each.
See pics and inworld. Inworld the 18 impact version is shown in combination with the gravel path (full terrain, no edge, 35 pieces, 72 txtiles).
If questions, IM me.
