This is a Hoverpod in the edgy "Biohazard" style. Please see the photo, it is outlined in red. It is 100% mesh.
Hoverpod comes with an instruction notecard. This is a vehicle not an attachment, so you will need to rez it and then sit on it in order to pilot the vehicle.
These Hoverpods are meant to skim along just above ground level; you can fly them higher such as over treetops or mountains but there are limits - they won't go up to skybox height. Maximum height is 500 meters. They have variable speeds you can choose from.
Please note, this item is Transfer, so if you wish, you can give it to someone inworld as a gift.
