`` Please read carefully before purchasing ``
● My items currently showing are no copy gacha items. I did not create these gacha items, therefore I can not answer any support questions re the gacha item.
● I will NOT refund for purchases made in error. Always ensure the item name and picture match prior to purchasing. I always try to identify the item clearly in each listing, however mistakes can occur with images, but the listing title is always correct.
● I use the VMM marketplace delivery system, which means all items for sale are sitting in my Merchant Account Inventory Folder waiting purchase. These will be delivered directly to you. Failed deliveries no longer happen and I do get confirmation of delivery, so there is no point in trying to say an item wasn't delivered as I can prove it was.
● I do understand that at times marketplace failures can occur due to technical issues, however this is an issue with SL or our own computer. I can not refund or re-deliver No-Copy items as they would have already been taken from my Merchant Account Inventory Folder.
