In your inventory, tap object doesn't show you "modifiable", but you can.
Only owner can change texture or colour of the tap by touch and hold. Since that is modifiable, you can also change size, colour and more as you like.
This package includes 2 kinds of taps.
Eeryone can turn on/off the "for Everyone" tap.
Only owner can turn on/off the "for OnlyOwner" tap.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A KIT BUT THE SINK IS SMALL PLUS THE FAUCET WHEN CLICKED GIVE A MENU TO CHOOSE WATER STRENGTH BUT THE WATER GOES THROUGH THE SINK SAVE YOUR LINDENS

It seems like I have alot of issues I get from MP or maybe it is me or SL, but after buying this and setting it up (by the way still need animation to wash hands and face) I noticed that my water runs through the sink and splashes all over my floor....How do I fix this issue?

Quality, low prims, good sounds, and good animation of water. Must to buy the ball of animations at little cost for animate the avatar. I like all, and i recomend to buy, the only "but" is in the photo you can see 2 tap/facucet. Ok, you buy and you see 2 taps. BUT, there all the 2 only silver, then i look better and.. oh surprise, holding the mouse over the tap can change of color!!! There are 5! and the rusty is so good for decadent urbam sims. In the photo are one silver and other golden. The "trouble" option so funny. have good sense of homour Nap. Nap please, sell more stuff like this!
