I needed a quilt or comforter and wanted something that wasn't laid out smoothly. I spotted the one that is folded back and bought the set. I found a satin texture and hastily slapped it onto the cover, played around with repeats quickly to keep it from looking like satin (not the right look for the room), and on the bed it went.
And even though I didn't take the time to find different textures for each face, each face is a different tone - lighter or darker - and therefore distinctive. I am satisfied with it.
