Chin Rey's Langdale 1608 is the basic cottage of Langdale series with an overall size of 16x8 m and a land impact of 3-8, depending on the details.
The Langdale 1608 is available in several different versions. The most noticeable difference between them is the texturing but since the cottages are fully modifiable, you can change those to anything you like.
The more important differences are the placement of the door and the number and placement of the windows. The one for sale here, Langdale Cottage 1608 05, features:
• Hip roof
• Door to the left
• One medium sized six pane and one large nine pane window on front wall
• No divider wall
• Extremely low land impact, even by the standards of the Langdale Series

Modifying the item
Chin Rey's Langdale Cottage 1608 05 is fully modifiable. That means you can resize it to any size you like (either manually or with the enclosed MBAGR resizer script) and change the textures to anything you like.
(To avoid any misunderstanding: Chin Rey's Langdale Cottage 1608 05 will be listed as not modifiable in you inventory. That is because it contains a no-modify script. Once rezzed, the item itself can be modified any way you like.)
