Just a simple not bad looking urban style building - but, it has a few building errors: The Fire escape ladder is not usable, because in 3rd floor is the ramp way to small (even for small avas!), in 2nd floor one has no door to the ladders. It also has a flicker effect there at the 3rd floor. Due its modificable one can correct that of cause.

But a price of appr 300 LD for such a simnple building would be fair, but 750 is to much.
The building errors should be fixed.

I'm adding an urban element to my land. I'd like it to have a mid-century feel, and perhaps even with a touch of the depression era (without being totally true to the age). I bought this house because it seemed to fit right in with this, specifically with the look of the metal fire escape.
And being copy/mod the house seemed like a good investment. I must say I got much more than that, because this house has proved itself to be very useful indeed. I've had a lot of fun doing different versions, to make up an interesting neighborhood. But not only that, this house is very well built. And so I've actually learned quite a bit about building, while modifying this house. This is a fine house indeed, worth every linden (750L$, Jan. '09), supremely useful.
