This is a lovely beach house with MODIFY permsions. It will fit perfectly within a 512 square meter plot (the house measure 15x30 with the optional deck)
The house is built on pillars making it perfect for irregular plots, cliffs, etc. PLUS, it is only 30 prims, and the optional deck adds 7 more prims. So there is plenty of room for furniture. If you require any additional tweaking, I'm available to help.
The house features two closed rooms, upstairs and downstairs (with a scripted door), plus a rooftop Patio.
