This mesh head was made to fit the Signature Gianni Mesh Body. The neck will fit best with this body, but it will work with other bodies as well.

Ok since it's free, but very complex
Be warned that this head will increase your avatar complexity in 135, so you will probably be a purple shadow for most of other Residents. Not bad for pictures, though.

Made another SL account but I wanted to play as a male avy. I did'nt want to spend so many Lindens to create a whole new avy from scratch so I decided to try out this free one. Tweaked his skin tone and got him the Belleza Jake body, along with some mesh ears and eyes and mouth. My avy is always constantly getting compliments via IM saying how handsome and good looking he is. Its really nice. So go buy it.
