31 Platform House Version 1.0
This is called the 31 Platform house becasue the size of the platform is 31m x 31m. It is designed to comfortably fit on a 32m x 32m parcel.
Do you own a small parcel and just want to rezz a ready made platform and house, then this is for you. Maybe you are new to sl and don't want all the messing involved in setting up a platform, house and garden.
Features include fitted kitchen, fitted bathroom with on/off shower. Fire with one click on/off function and one click black out windows and whats more the whole lot only comes to 53 prim. Perfect for a 32m x 32m parcel where prim is very tight.

1/ The building is modify, but is shown as none modify when bought, this is just due the the 'open close' door script not being modify, but this too can be modified via a notecard in the doors.
2/ The price shown is for the building only. The furniture supplied with the house buildings are free, because we are nice :)
3/ If you want to modify the building, or maybe move the furniture in the fully furnished house and are new to sl and not confident on how you do this. Please feel free to contact me and I will send you clear instructions. Its very easy really, but until you know how, its a mystery.

What a bargain
L$165 buys you this! Still can't believe my good luck. The building is great and everything is all ready for you to simply rez it and use it. Then you find that you are given loads, and I mean loads of furniture to go with it. Trees could have been slightly better quality but I guess that keeps the prim low, but for L$165 I am not going to mark it down for that. Can I give it 10 stars?
