You can re-color the sign any way that you want.
There are seperated trim faces that allow you to change the trim color.
If you plan to use a texture, you may want to edit the mesh, click on the texture tab, and change the 'Mapping' to 'Planar' instead of 'Default' so that the texture is stretched better.

Mesh objects have a prim weight that can change when the object is resized. The prim weight listed is based on the default packaged size. This sign is approximately .5m (half of a meter) tall.

This object was uploaded at the very best quality possible while maintaining a fairly low prim impact. The LOD (level of detail) was previewed at many distances and corrections were made until the quality was balanced nicely.
*It is possible for creators to achieve almost half of the current prim weight on this sign, but the quality is greatly diminished.
