this pack is really nice,lots of balloons textures in many many colors.transparent textures to be used on a flat prim and have a realistic look.you just have to rezz a prim ,make it flat,texture it with a totally clear or tottally transparent texture than place the balloon texture only in 2 sides of the prim (iff you are new on building,on edit mode click on select texture and mark one side and choose the texture or just drag the texture you choosed from your inventory to the side you want to place the ballon texture).
