If you want to change the ground texture of your parcel but don't have the permissions, use this flat mesh terrain that rezzes straight on top of your land. Better still, it comes with a 3 sided tree screen to block out neighbouring land. Comes in various greens (see related items below) but if you have a preferred texture of your own, you can simply drag it straight on to the terrain. Please note that if you do add your own texture you will not see the baked shadows from the trees.

Because the terrain is modify, you can put the base and the trees into edit mode and stretch the mesh to fit any land size up to a 4096sqm should you wish. The only shape you cannot stretch is the 64m x 64m and this is because Second Life doesn't support mesh or prims to exceed this size.
